MG ZS charger issue

Hi

I have a 2022 MG ZS and got an EVEC01 charger installed as part of my package deal when I got the car. I have never been able to use the charger because it starts charging for around 20 seconds then pauses for perhaps a minute then charges again for 20 sec then pauses and it just does this over and over. I can charge my car perfectly well on any other external charger and also using my own cable on an external charger. It just seems to be with my own charger that I get this issue. EVEC have fully checked over the machine and it is installed 100% . They say there might potentially be a software issue with the car that it maybe needs an upgrade. Has anyone had anything like this before ?

Hi, has anyone tried their car on your EVEC01?
Has this not worked since 2022 or did you buy a used car?

It was a used car bought 9 months ago or so. My next step is to get a mate to try my charger with his car
