MG ZS EV - Strap with metal clip connected to battery tray?

Hello,

I noticed a loose strap with a metal clip in the engine bay (direct near the battery tray). Does somebody has any idea for what it is used? With the given length, it would only fit under the negative pole of the battery. However, it is not connected like this (from the factory).

I seem to remember this was mentioned on another thread and turned out to be a strap used during transportation which wasn't removed at PDI.
