Hi all, the missus banged the cars wing, resultng in a mot task regarding offside headlight too low. I've found the two adjusting screws, question is, which one and anti or clockwise, next Mot due shortly

I never done that but if you know how they are supposed to be aligned when you face the white wall, just try turning one and then the other until they are properly aligned?

I have just done this to my ZSH+ as the low beams were ridiculously low in front of the car. From memory clockwise is higher on the beam. This still allows you to use the electronic fine adjust so consider this with your adjustments.
There are some decent Youtube clips on adjusting lights but not specifically on the ZS. Here are the basics that I did.
Park car about 3m from wall then check the high and low cutoffs (using electronic rotary dial on dash) which are very clear at this distance. Mark them with tape as reference points. Then adjust approximately 75mm higher then road test. This was perfect for me on rural roads and no angry blinded drivers so far.
These factory light adjustments must be for city only driving. For the record the LED lights are great which is lucky as you can't simply replace globes with uprated LEDs AFIK. Hope this helps.
