MG ZS headlight adjustment

Hi all, the missus banged the cars wing, resultng in a mot task regarding offside headlight too low. I've found the two adjusting screws, question is, which one and anti or clockwise, next Mot due shortly

I never done that but if you know how they are supposed to be aligned when you face the white wall, just try turning one and then the other until they are properly aligned?

Trial and error is a simple solution. Turn the adjuster one full turn and watch the effect. If it's not what you were looking for it's easy to return it to the starting point.
