Mg4 media screen frozen

Hi all
I have had an mg4 for only 3 days today when i got in the information/media screen in the middle is just stuck with MG on it so i cant get to any of the settings/radio etc. has anyone else experienced this? Is it fixable or does it need to go back to the dealer?

Press and hold home button for 10 seconds and it should turn off, then press it again to wake it up.
Worked for me a few days ago.

As the other suggestions haven't worked, lock the car, have a cuppa and try again.

Sometimes the software doesn't boot up in the correct order or it's a little slow starting.

Switch it off, pause, then switch it on again! Has worked for me with some modules not working properly. Not happened since service and upgrades, fingers crossed. Seems to work with the TV too!

This happened to me today, first time in 6 months of ownership. I hope it will have fixed itself when i use the car tomorrow. Have you had a repeat of the problem?

Have you tried the suggestions above? Hold the Home button down until the screen re-boots? Or as you say, just exit and lock the car, and maybe it will be fine when you get in and start it again.
