I would expect the output of that to be similar to the MG's V2L - i.e. floating earth. So I suspect you'll have the same issue.

You are correct. EcoFlow sell a grounding connector, but that doesn't work with their newer/current models, and I don't really fancy spending a few thousand dollars on this anyway.
