I seem to remember various people having some problems with BP Pulse chargers, but I don't know what the consensus is. If I rock up to one of these chargers in a couple of weeks, am I likely to get a charge?

From experience l try to avoid them unless there are no other options.

Had some of them failing to connect and when they do max out at about 37kW.

Thanks, that's useful. I was thinking of heading for the NEC charging hub, but it would take me down to my last 10% or so, and if I can't rely on a charge there then I think I should go elsewhere.

Used one yesterday. Worked first time with a key fob. Completely painless. Got a max rate of 130kw but it settled down to around 80kw after it got over 50%.

I might risk it. There is an open Tesla Supercharger hub only eight miles further on. I mean, even if I'm on 10% at the NEC, I should still get another eight miles in a pinch.
