MG4 Trophy Charging

I have a EO Mini Pro charger which has aways worked but today I tried to charge car but it won't chage
I plug my Blaupunkt type 2 lead into the EO mini pro then the other end into the car and with the iphone app I select start charging and it says plug lead in which its already pluged in but it won't connect. I havent set any schedules so it should start charging. But if I use the granny lead it connects straight away.any ideas

I have an eo2 mini pro, seems to work ok, but sometimes the trip switch to the unit trips. Is it saying connected in the EO app? Maybe try re-booting the eo?

Sounds like a faulty cable or mini pro. Have you a meter to check the cable continuity? If not try a local AC charging station to test the cable.

Mine did not charge last night ? I tried this morning still no luck.
In the end I switched all power off to the charger, and deleted the timer times in the car.
Gave it 15 min or so switched it all back on and all is ok again, nor sure what is going on

I have had a similar problem but with a Zappi. The cure was to switch the charger off at the main fuse box, wait a couple of minutes and switch it back on again. It turned out it had updated the software but it hadn't installed properly and turning it off and on again rebooted the system.
