I've been managing batteries for years now, (being off grid) and the worst thing you can do is discharge a battery and leave it discharged.
This will never happen with our cars.
I have never heard of anyone flattening the car battery then leaving it flat.
I happily run mine down to under 10 percent because I know that I will be charging it immediately.
Leaving it fully charged is also a no no.
And I don't mean overnight ready for a trip out the next day, or charged to 100% and used immediately (as I do) I mean, charged to 100% then left like that for days on end.
You've all heard the mantra '20 to 80 percent' and it makes good sense really.
Not one extreme or another. Just so.
I've been letting my X Power, get pretty low before charging. Down to less than 10% the other day was 5% and it did get a bit worrying. I'm gonna try and stick to charging it when it gets down to about 30%. Also because, apparently you don't get the full performance at less then 30%
Although it still feels pretty quick to me, at less than 30%

It is quick Tony, up to about 30mph.
Just don't 'try' anything with a pretender or otherwise.
She will not be able to offer you the beanage that you are accustomed too, and you might be left looking daft.
When my power's waning I just don't get involved.
In these cases, I just appear to look grown up, sensible and aloof in the face of the 'challenge' being offered.
It's really difficult!
