MG5 Car unbinding nightmare

Hi all,

After trying to communicate with support I am very desperate and posting here.
I bought a MG5 EV and the "binding" to the phone app does not work, I did the "force unbind" option and waited 3 days.
After the 3 days the car said "this service is unavailable" okay, I reach out to support and they say the car is currently "unbound"
I go to the car again and now it says that the "unbinding" process is in progress and I need to wait until 11.06.2025, which is obviously in the past.
Support gets me nowhere and this is obviously a bug.
Did anyone have a similar experience and does anyone have any further contacts where I can get support with this.
