MG5 headlights

Has anyone upgraded the headlights on their MG5? They could do with being a bit brighter!

A number of people have said this in the MG5 section, you may get a better response there (MG5).
I have some Philips 200% bulbs sitting at home so they’ll be going in shortly.

Osram Night Breakers are another good choice

If you don't want to go down the LED route (lots of threads on here about those) then the Osram Night Breaker Laser HB3 or Philips X-treme Vision Pro150 HB3 are both good choices - the Philips bulb being more expensive but with a whiter light (3500K vs 3200K for Osram) as well as a longer life span (450 hours vs 110-210 hours for Osram) - lumens output is comparable at 1,860±12% vs 1,700±12% for Osram. The negative of the Philips? They're 1.5x the price of the Osrams ?‍

I also bought them, fast delivery, the have built in fans to keep temperatures down, took 5 mins to fit off side, near side access not as good and a bit fiddly to rotate the old bulb, but even that only took me 10 mins. They work really well no adjustment needed.
