MG5 LR 2022 Infotainment

On the 18th Aug the MG5 is going to our dealer Richmond Portsmouth.
Problem at leas once a week the infotainment screen stops working.
Also when setting out Android auto works, but rare for it ever to function in that same journey if we turn the car off/lock the car.
Is this a common fault/ ever likely to be fixed

Did you get anywhere with the dealer on this? We have similar problems with ours. Freezes, crashes and sometimes the touchscreen stops responding completely! Asked the dealer to look at it today when it went in for it's first service and they couldn't find anything wrong with it, I explained I couldn't find anything right with it!

It does seem fixed now, no screen going off, android auto connecting regularly, not staying off.
The car was left 1day, they could not re- boot,so left a 2nd day and mid morning had a call mid morning it had been done successfully.
Note we were told it was updated on purchase( clearly was'nt, as we were told the screen might still turn itself off.
From talking to a car insurance repair friend, there is a lot of problems regarding software because of the " in isolation" need from the Chinese manufacturer.
Anyway if yours is updated expect to take a while to get completed
