I'm very excited about this model .I love my MG4 but my Mrs likes to be sitting a bit higher up and I've never been a fan of the ZS .This could be just the thing !

My thoughts also, love my Trophy and had no problems after 34000 miles. However I do like to sit a little higher as had Volvo XC40 before the MG.

To me it looks like the ES5 is aligned looks wise with the MG5 and the new MG4 with the MG 3 but who knows what the thinking is ?!

According to the salesman I spoke to it's an estate version of the 4. Which makes sense I suppose

It definitely isnt an estate, thats just a larger updated MG4 for the Chinese market at this time,

The S5 EV has just been announced and is the replacement for the ZS EV

No finance offers or figures will be announced until the start of April for Q2, bulk of the stock is due to arrive in May, first demos due end of April

Nothing regarding Affinity will be coming before April 1st, Also bear in mind you have to be a member of the MGOC for a minimum of 3 months before qualifying for Affinity

Looked there it's not listed I'm afraid ,only the 4,ZS and 5 , though where the 5's are coming from I haven't a clue . My local dealership was offering new MG5's for £22000 but , when I rung , they didn't have any .

Given that both the 5 & ZS EV have now ended production, I'd say the Affinity site needs updating.
Maybe they'll get around to it when the S5 is in showrooms.

This version seems to have the mega bad system who is close to the system in MG4.

MG is not gonna sell much of this car.

Personally I think that they'll sell plenty . I'm interested in how an affinity deal will stack up.They're not showing on the website yet .

No glass roof either!

I was thinking along those lines too . New or nearly new ZS and 5s may be heavily discounted when the S5 arrives . In fact they are at the moment at my local dealer ( except they haven't got any ) . So I'm more likely to move to the ZS LR at the moment . After all is the extra 20 miles range worth an extra £10K ?
I'll hold fire for the moment
