His review is pretty good but he makes a few mistakes, like saying it doesn't have one pedal driving, he just hadn't found it...

Yes, I commented on that, didn't mention the easy turn off of 'driver aids', or power tailgate.

I tried commenting twice but my comments just disappear. Not sure if he doesn't like me or if I got automodded for mentioning something the modbot didn't like.

But it is not part of the customization option. So every time you need to activate it. Also, it is not clear what is saved and reapplied after you start up the car again. So it could be ELK will default yet again.....

Some are saved, others are in a profile.

Generally things to do with driving preferences are permanent.

If you switch off "safety systems" you can save your preferences, but have to manually invoke those preferences every start using MGPilot. That's two button presses, and is somewhat annoying, but not the end of the world.

Thanks. Very informative.
Any experience with voice controls?

One from the guy who usually does the lease deals videos.

I just checked his usual go to lease site and the LR MGS5 SE version would be £236 per month for a 3 year deal with 10000 miles per year allowance (12 month up front) The similar deal on the LR Trophy would be an extra £100 per month.

Very fair review and properly informed, both of which are rare. He is a top bloke.

Those are very good deals, especially compared to what was on the market when I got my MG4 2.5 years ago. I'd be snapping their hand off if it was time to change my car.
