I am getting quite confused. I have a 73 plate ZS EV standard range. Each time I charge it up fully on my Zappi home charger I end up with different estimates of remaning miles. It varies from somewhere in the 160s to over 190. Is this normal?

If you want it to show a factory GOM then reset the long trip counter, turn everything off AC, heater, fan etc and put in ECO mode.

Your best indicator of performance is the miles/kWh. 2.5, not so good, 3.5 average, anything over 3.5 is good.

I bought my ZS EV in March 2025 and a full 100% charge reported a range of 188miles. In the last 2 weeks this suddenly reduced to 158miles - a considerable drop. Have tried the suggestions above but cannot get it above 160miles, even after leaving on charge for 4hours above the 100% - I am home charging at 10amps. Anyone got any further suggestions as 30miles is a significant sudden drop

Have you reset the trip counters?
Turn the car on with AC and fan all off and in ECO mode to see what you get.
