Mind the door gap.....

Just happened to notice yesterday the ridiculous amount of gap between the front and rear doors at the base on the MG4. Is this normal?

I saw the title of this thread and thought you were going to mention the ‘running boards’ under the doors. If you’ve got short legs like me and the OH, you can’t avoid catching it on your calves as you get out of the front seats. What makes it worse is that the top edge is flat so that when the weather is wet, as it often seems to have been since we got the car, you get wet legs.
 
Yup mine was the same.
It made me uncomfortable when using a jet wash, but I’m sure it was just psychological.
 
Doesnt bother me too much as ive got used to it. What does is the silly rubber clip on lego land seals around the doors and wheel arches. No idea what thats all about .
