I have the absolute perfect solution.
Five full size seats & oodles of luggage space.
Four full size seats two bikes and oodles of luggage space.
Two full size seats two washing machines and a lot of luggage space.
Any of the above plus tow a caravan or trailer.

Sadly, it doesn't meet Mrs S's requirement to do well in excess of 300 miles...

Plus, double whammy, and this is ridiculous, it's French!

She speaks French and lived and worked in France for a couple of years, and has even owned a French car (which never gave her a moment's trouble), but dislikes them enough not to want to own another...why? I'll never know!!

I have driven many commercial versions of the Berlingo from its inception to 2012. It's a very spacious, competent machine.
