Ncap fail for mg3 hybrid

As there are more consumer rights before a car is 6 months old and mine will hit that mark in 2 weeks time, I am writing to my dealership rejecting the car quoting the NCAP results and MGs apparent blatant refusal to rectify a proven safety problem for existing users. Letter will be posted on Monday "Special Delivery" with e-mailed copies to follow. I'm giving them 7 days to respond.
 
MG have already stated that they will not be (voluntarily) recalling affected vehicles to make repairs. Dealers are not going to do anything without MG backing. In my case I just want to make sure it's on record in writing with my MG dealership and also MG UK, that I registered the problem and requested resolution before the 6 month deadline.
