New reg how long before it appears on DVLA site

How long before a new reg appears on the DVLA check site ?
As I’ve had my reg since yesterday but it’s still saying not recognised in DVLA MOT status and history check , also my insurance company don’t recognise it

Can take up to three weeks, but not important for insurance. They just need the allocated reg plate.

If that was a concern??
