New software (BMS?) on 4th September

Took the car in for first service on Saturday at Panda MG in Swansea.
The bloke did all the checks and said there's a new software coming out on 4th September and I am welcome to book the car in after that to do the update. As far I can tell, no updates was made so the car is in the same state as when I took delivery of it last year.
I am fairly sure he said it was a BMS update.
However, I can not find any reference to a new update due out on 4th September.
Do any of you know anything about this update?

I had already thought ? of that, but that was released about three weeks ago.
Mind you, SOME dealers are a little slow on the uptake ?‍ !.

Rang the dealer earlier, spoke to a different bloke. He didn't seem to know about the 4th September update but recommended to wait until October as September is a busy period for them.

September might not be that busy - they can’t get new cars!
