Nextbase 622GW with Rear Cam power requirements

Hi all,

Does anyone know if the rear mirror USB, on the ZS EV facelift model, will power a Nextbase 622GW with rear camera? I'm not keen on hard wiring a dashcam in a leased vehicle.

I have the Nextbase 522GW with the rear camera addition, and it works fine from the usb on the rear view mirror. I bought a 30cm ‘ribbon’ lead with angled usb from Aliexpress, which makes the installation very unobtrusive. The small bit of excess lead tucked easily under the headlining.
