Odd noise

In the morning sometimes I get this odd noise coming from the back end of my x power, its when moving slowly it sounds like I have one of those reverse beepers that lorries have which sound like a magpie, Very odd I must admit.

High pitched noise related to road speed ? Likely from the motor/inverter, I notice that it's definitely more whiney when temps are low. Pretty normal I think.

Its at low speeds sounds like a lorry reverse sounder noise

I was going to say is it the pedestrian alert sounder but I thought that was at the front.
