I notice
@CarbonEV has chosen 245/45 instead of the original 235/45 profile tyres. Checking the rolling circumference they are only 1.2% more than the OEM size. If 245/40 profile tyres had been fitted (increase in width, decrease in profile) then they would actually have a rolling circumference 2.4% less than the OEM fitment. This would effect the gearing and speedometer far more than the 45 profiles fitted. The difference in diameter (235 to 245) is 8mm, so only about the same as a new tyre and worn tyre (4mm wear).
They will also fill the arches slightly more, but probably not noticeable, and hopefully no clearance issues due to the extra width on the fronts when on full lock.
