Is it normal that OPD doesn’t work until the battery is around 85-87% ?

Yes, that is normal (the level varies though)

May be with the Xpower, my MG4 gets OPD at 93% .
It's possibly temperature dependent, It's usually fairly warm here.

Yes, it doesn't activate for me at 100% SoC. I've never investigated the exact number it does allow you to activate from.

It's a mistranslation. It should say "too much charge". (There needs to be some space in the battery for the regen charge to go to).
