Passengers side door mirror

Hi, has anyone had this same issue I washed my car for the first time today after owning the MGS5 for 3weeks , and noticed the passenger wing mirror as some water marks and spots on it . The drivers side is ok ( the first 2 photos are passengers side and the other 2 are drivers side.)
Apart from this small issue I have enjoyed driving the car.

Have you tried polishing the mirror, I'm sure the marks will be removed very easily?

Did you notice anything when you first had the car? If not could be a defect in the paintwork. Maybe a visit to the dealer

Try using Claybar.

Try soaking a cloth in a 50:50 vinegar and cooled boiled water mix and placing it over the marks for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing well.
