Password (how to reset on MG Chargehub website)

I have forgotten my password for the MG Charge Hub website. There is no 'forgotten password' option. How do I reset my password. I am unable to organise Scheduled Charging...it doesn't work from my EV nor my iSmart App. I was told I needed to organise from my ChargeHub

Change the name of the thread to "MG Charge Hub password reset" , more likely to get attention from other MG Charge Hub owners

@Coulomb maybe Mods can move to this thread below or get a new one started for MG Charge Hub issues

also, read posts here, are you sure there is nothing in the manual how to reset it?

Problem with that is you have to sign in and change your password.

I have tried everything, I’m confident I know the username / password too. I think the UI is broken. xxcd username and default password also not working.
