Phone calls not going through consistently

Hi had my MG4 trophy a week. Lots of snagging issues!
Has anyone else had issues with calls not going through all the time? Seems to be certain numbers.

What message do you get if the call fails? Is it landline or mobile numbers?

Are you using bluetooth or connected carplay/android auto ?

It just makes a noise and then cuts out or sometimes doesn't even make a noise! Mobile numbers. Don't think I have tried a landline.

Tried both options, makes no difference. I am thinking it may be something to do with my phone although it was fine in my old car!

Can you make phone calls just using your phone, sitting in the passenger seat so the car isn't in ready mode with the doors and windows shut?

Good idea - to check that the car isn't blocking the phone's signal.
