When I bought my MGS5 I was told by the sales person that it would almost certainly be an issue due to being a glasses wearer. I assumed that this was a known issue. Like others have mentioned it is part of my 'off' options via MG pilot.

Exactly. Safety bodies have absolutely no business ignoring important considerations that hVe been known about for many decades.

The Driver Distration warning and I aren't friends yet. I think I might whack some duct tape over the sensor and see if that stops it.
