Possible to turn off the seatbelt warning (rear seats) ?

Dog on rear seats keeps setting it off. Had a browse through manual, though can't see anything obvious. Perhaps need to put seatbelts in as a workaround.
 
Just plug the seatbelts in when the dog is there? Technically the dog should be in a harness anyway, so that would plug in
Mine wear harnesses that clip into the seatbelt holders. However they're also not that heavy, so even if they migrate over to the 3rd seat position (which doesn't have any belt plugged in) the warning isn't triggered.

Interesting! I've never had this on other cars. I don't have a dog but often put my grocery bags on the rear seat when I've been shopping. I'll have to watch out for this.
 
I was looking to find some, for exactly the same reason, but I wanted a set that laid flat, parallel to the seat, I saw some a while ago but can't find them again. Perhaps hinged?
