Pre face MG ZS EV range update

After finally getting my steering column and bushes replaced under warranty since the findings back in October. When I collected the car, MG mentioned there is an update which they can install. It ‘apparently’ improves the range for the car. I do not have the firmware number.

Has anyone had this update? Has it improved the range?
