Problem with digital key

Hey. In my mg4 long rang app I'm able to open and lock doors but the option of digital key is not enabled, means I can't even press the button of the digital key in the app. Does anyone can face the problem? I tried to clear cache, re install the app, re-bind. Nothing work. This option is disabled in the app

Have you created a key under digital key management? I "think" that is needed.
Also I seem to recall that there had to pass a period of time between binding and creating digital key (but I could not find the paragraph in the manual)

I've an MG4 Trophy (R40 software) and find the Bluetooth often drops out and needs re-pairing. This needs to be done using the Settings screen.
