Project EV Charger query

Can anyone with a Project EV charger tell me what is the difference between the charging rate "Solar" and "Solar +" I've tried both and can't see any difference.
In the manual it says the solar rate limits the power to 1kW between 8am and 8pm but does not mention anything about "Solar +".

Not sure but I can say that an email to their tech support was very well responded to when I had an issue with a delayed charging question.
