Proper Jacking / Lifting points of MG4

Please tell me, what are the proper points to lift the car? The blue ones, or the green?

I've had mine up a few times and lifted on the sill seam (blue)

Could be a risk of slippage on your other choice.

I use a 3 Tonne Jack with a large rubber pad for safety and security.

The seam is the strong point (pretty much the same for most cars).
