Has anyone not had a qr code, from time of purchase? Mine has been in to the dealers 6 times, still not working, and neither do they know why?

Maybe it’s time to look for another dealership.

Thank you, I feel reassured that I'm not being impatient as these visits have been between September and now, awaiting a return call from them today for an update since 10am, still no call back, patience wearing very thin as you can imagine.

I've an MG4, so excuse me if I'm 'barking up the wrong tree'. It's a long shot but has the licence agreement for iSmart been approved on the car? It will be somewhere in 'Settings'.

Is this to link the car to the app? If so I can’t do it either and looking at the feedback on the App Store no one can!

Wasn't aware there was a licence agreement for I smart, thank you, will bring that up with the dealers.

I don't know the M5. On the M4 you Swipe the the home screen left, choose settings and scroll down to Privacy Notice.
