Radio changed station and then froze

Driving home today all of a sudden the music on the radio changed. When I checked what station was playing, it had changed from what I was listening to, to a station my wife usually listens to. I went to select another radio station, and although the display said it was playing the new radio station, it continued to play the one it changed to. Had to reboot the infotainment in the end.

Anyone had this happen to them. I've seen posts on here relating to the radio freezing on a station, but not changing randomly to another one.

It sounds like the gateway module is the issue. I had a 4 for 8 months and had no radio for 6 months. Had to reject the car in the end through the finance company. Apparently it doesn’t happen on the SE only the Trophy.
