I currently have this message on my car's screen!
This is the second time it has happened. First time I tried various resets to no avail and finally disconnected the battery which 'solved' the problem but dumped all my settings.
This time went to my dealership and spoke with the sales team (on the basis they are better informed than service) to be told not uncommon - book it in they said for a software reset which nine times out of ten sorts the problem.
My car is booked in this coming Thursday so fingers crossed.
I have had the radio cut out many times, where it comes up BT Music is not aviable! Dealers are well aware of the problem and are waiting from MG for upgrade to fix the problem.
However I found away to reinstall the radio back to normal. There is a arrow icon right side of radio. One touch on the arrow icon brings back the radio to normal service.
