Rear passenger window broken and stuck down.

Turns out all MG did was ask the dealer to give us a car and, as they had already told us, they didn't have one. We were then treated to a sarcastic voicemail from the dealer saying they couldn't give us one as, "as they had already told us", they don't have one.
To be honest, I would not give a toss what the dealer though !.
They had a chance to sort you out and they failed, plain and simple.
Then MG only bounced it back to the dealership also !.
Instead of sending a sarcastic voice mail, it would paid them better if they had asked MG to cover the cost of a hire car.
This could have been sorted in ten minutes.
All to busy trying to pass the book instead of sorting the problem out correctly with the customer firmly in mind !.
Typical “Half Arsed” approach really.
It may not be their fault that the window mechanism was defective on a brand new car, but it definitely NOT you fault either.
They responce may have been a little different if you had told them you where rejecting the car as not fit for purpose !.
