Rear wiper doesn't work when reverse gear is selected.

Seems an odd design decision. It works fine in reverse if you turn it on before selecting the R gear, but if you select the gear first it doesn't. Is this normal?

Does the rear wiper not turn on automatically when you put it in reverse if the windscreen wipers are on? if so selecting reverse and the switching the rear wiper may switch it off? just a thought.

I think its the matchstick size thing installed on the newer cars - it clears just enough so the drivers behind can see you have a 3rd headrest installed

It is a lovely third headrest though - deserves to be shown off at its best!

Done the same but left the wiper, I think its cute……

I think the last car I had that didn't have a rear wiper was a 2001 Mk3 Mondeo Ghia V6 saloon.
