Regen braking not working

Regen breaking is not working as it usually does.

The battery is not fully charged, so it's not that.

Does the cold weather have an adverse effect on the regen brake?
 
That and if you get cold temperatures warning regen is probably reduced to stop skid risk
I was aware of batteryfull/cold issues but didn't think of that one, something that obviously wouldn't happen with engine breaking.

I find the regen on the ZS fairly mild anyway even on level 3, and having thought about it for a minute, the power in the regen, is from the momentum of the car, a skiding tyre has no rotational momentum, and assuming the regen is done at a central motor, then the other gripping wheel, would still be getting regen, which could lead to an interesting situation. Probably not a lot different from 1 skidding tyre on an ICE, but the added possibility of power transfer through the diff makes my brain hurt.
