Re the high revs at 30mph - given there's no alternator I've wondered if that is extra revs to facilitate effective 12v and or traction battery charging rather than any sort of fault or issue.

having no alternator would not effect the rev and it is not supplying the high volt battery at the time as this was in a full state. I did not charge the car last night So the HV was low and it still was not charging the HV but was high revs before it would change up. It would be good if Miles comes back with somethin.
