Remaining charge display on iSMART app

Hi there, in the iSMART app I can only see how much charge my mg4 trophy long range has when it is actually charging. Is this the same for everyone? If not, do I have to change a setting somewhere to be able to see the charge I have left when it is not charging? Thanks for any advice.

The charge should be shown on the home page. Swipe down to refresh or select the status icon and then return to the home page.

Sometimes it doesn't load and you have to swipe down once or twice more before it shows up.

Yes for me it very rarely shows up first time. Have to do at least one refresh.
