Is there a way, when using the app to warm the car up, you can demist the rear windows too? 22 standard range model

Yes there is. Below the image of the car are a number of icons, "Lock", "Unlock", "AC Blowing", and "Front Window Demist".

In the car, you can rear demist when front demist is activated, and just select "Front Window Demist" in the app and the windows will be clear and the cabin nice and toasty.
