Remote switch on of AC blowing by MG app (android) doesn't work: error code 64

Hello,

I have 22reg MG ZV. When I try to switch on the AC blowing or front window demister by the MG app, it doesn't work. The app reported "The vehicle key is in the vehicle. Please take out the key and try again (64).

Key is certainly not in the car and car was parked half a mile away! I have logged out and tried, but still same error

Anyone else had this issue? If so, any help is appreciated

try the 12V disconnect for a few minutes to reset all the contol units and see if that clears the error code.
