Reversing Alarm

Anyone fit a Reversing Alarm,
Bought one the other day and will probably fit in a week or so when it gets warmer.
Just to save me time. If so what colour is the wire you cut into for the +, and what position did you fit. Thanks

Eventually got around to it yesterday.
Yellow/Green Wire going into the Rear Hatch loom. Took neutral off the interior boot light.
No more leaving in reverse and nearly causing an accident ?
Works great.

whats a reverse alarm? You should already have a reversing sensor? !

Supplements the reversing camera. Buzzing gets faster as you get nearer to the obstacle.

Are they not illegal in the UK? Apart from commercial vehicles. Not that your average parking enforcement officer would know

These are a internal buzzer not the same as commercial vehicles

I added it after forgetting to move dial to D. ?
Nearly reversed into a parked car ?

I can’t remember at this stage, as I done it nearly 3 yrs ago.

wouldn't the easiest place be around reversing lights so when the light turns on, buzzer is on too ...

Yes
I think it was the loom coming down the right hand side to the back lights.
