Roof box range effect?

Hi all,

Have to fit a roof box and rails to take my daughter to university (LOTS of clothes and shoes to transport ).

Any experiences with the impact on range of having the roof box fitted?

Safe to say it knocks 15-20% off the rota range.

Ie Summer range reduced to Winter range.

You can do the same on the SR…. Just not legally. ? their rails look exactly the same

Sort of. The combined weight of the roofbars, roofbox and contents can’t exceed 75kg.

Aii, and what about the roof rails of the mg ZS EV? Can it have roofbox?
