Hi, these have been rusty for some time because they are just bare metal I think?

So I decided to clean, treat the rust and then paint. I think they look better now 👍👍

I'm getting the steering "fix" in the next few weeks. Still worried about potential long term damage to the car. Also, disappointed there was no recall for the fix

Yep, the vibes, are certainly a pain on some X Power's. 🙁 And the way MG have handled the situation, is really bad. But I certainly wouldn't worry about the long term situation, it'll probably be ok, but if it ain't and it is an if, worry about it then. 🙂👍
