Sat nav don't work after an update

Hello I updated the navigation with naviextra but after this the navigation does not want this launch ... Is there a way to make the navigation work again?

The only way I know how, is to get restore files from Naviextras. Unfortunately, for reasons unknown, they no longer support the satnav in the ZS so it looks like you're on your own. I was lucky to get restore files just before they withdrew support, but sadly they are car specific (have tried another vehicle). I haven't updated my satnav since - the last time I tried the car wouldn't recognise the files I downloaded via Toolbox.

You can try your dealer but if they're like mine they'll be clueless and insist it's something to do with the Comfort 2 update. It's not.

Sorry I'm not much help, but just telling it as it is. MG really need to sort this out as not only do they provide a satnav for use in your car, the also provide a facility to update it!
