Sat Nav query

Hi Folks
I picked up my new zs hybrid + trophy on Friday (previous car was 2022 sz). I have noticed that some of the options on the sat nav are greyed out. Specially the option for reading out street names. Just did a sat nav journey and while it does do the directions the voice does not announce street/road names.
Is this the same for anyone else?

My voice was very quiet but increased volume on the setting screen that gives various volume controls. Maybe yours is turned fully down.

Thanks for the reply. The navigation voice is working. It is the fact that it doesn't speak street/ road names like my old 2022 sz did that I trying to get an answer about.

Hi, mine is exactly the same, greyed out and doesn't speak street names.
