Service interval displaying incorrectly

Hi all,

Not sure if anyone has come across this issue. I had the first service done on my HS PHEV yesterday and when I checked the status when the vehicle was returned it showed that the next service was due in 9305 miles. Now the service interval should be 15,000 miles or 12 months so I took it back to the dealer this morning to have it checked. I witnessed them go through the reset procedure with 15,000 miles as the interval, but yet again when you check the status it says that the service interval is due in just over 9300 miles.

I tried setting the interval to 18,800 miles and this time the status showed that the next service was due in just over 11,200 miles. Could this be a software issue? The version I have is SWI142-29176-1100R46.

It sounds like they keep resetting it to 15,000 kilometres (not 15,000 miles).

That is what I originally thought. I did check that it was set to miles. I also tried it several times when I got home, each time checking it was miles and the result was the same every time.
