Yesterday I pressed the main power button while forgetting to press the brake pedal. The button's led turned orange instead of green, and then I remembered I have to also press the brake pedal, so I did it again. Then something strange happened: The steering wheel moved a little with a quiet click sound, and all the 4 warning lights in the attached image turned on. after a few minutes of driving they all turned off, and never turned on again. Should I be worried?

They come on when there is a problem with the front anti collision and lane assist. Usually because of rain, moisture, humidity etc. on the windscreen and cameras.

It's telling you to take a break I don't know if your particular car has a little camera sensor on the top of steering console . My mg3 hybrid had it fitted and if you yawned or took your eyes of the straight ahead position it would display the tea cup symbol take a break.

Hi Emili, as you, having forgotten to push the brake pedal I got the green light too. Realising I had not hit the brake I didn't trust this route, so pressed that start button again to off and then went through the correct procedure so all went as normal. Best to do what it says on the tin.
